Introducing the Growth Circle: A Shared Space for Founders and Marketers to Learn from Each Other

Being a founder can feel incredibly lonely, especially when it comes to growth.

You're expected to deliver results quickly, often without a clear roadmap, full team, or the right support. You might be leading sales and marketing by default, juggling investor expectations, and trying to figure out how to build real momentum without burning out.

And you’re not the only one.

What I hear over and over from founders is a familiar mix of hope, pressure, and uncertainty. You’ve got the vision. You’re building something valuable. But the growth side often feels like a puzzle no one gave you all the pieces to solve.

At the same time, I see marketers struggling too. Many want to be true partners in driving growth, but find themselves brought in too early or without the clarity they need to succeed. They want to contribute meaningfully but aren’t always given the trust, context, or space to do it.

This isn’t just about hiring the right person or picking the right strategy. It’s about creating more honest, useful conversations between founders and marketers. Because the truth is, we need each other.

That’s why I’m building the Growth Circle.

What is the Growth Circle?

The Growth Circle is a new initiative from Grounded Growth Studio designed to support founders like you by creating space for honest storytelling and practical learning. It is a community-first effort built on the belief that we grow better when we learn from each other’s real experiences, not just highlight reels.

We’re starting with three simple ways to participate:

  • A written report collecting stories and lessons from founders and marketers navigating early-stage growth

  • A LinkedIn video series that brings these stories to life in a more conversational format

  • A 60-minute virtual summit where a small group of founders and marketers will connect, reflect, and share

I’m also creating a private Slack group for early contributors. This will be a quieter, thoughtful space for honest connection, shared advice, and ongoing support.

There is no cost. No sales pitch. Just a chance to be part of something that helps all of us move forward with a little more clarity and a lot more community.

Why now?

Because growing a business is hard enough. You deserve support that feels real, grounded, and respectful of the work you’re doing.

I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve also been the marketer hired to “make it work” without the full picture. The Growth Circle is my way of offering a bridge between those two realities. It’s a space to replace second-guessing with shared insight, and isolation with connection.
