Grounded Growth Studio is a strategic marketing consultancy that helps early- and growth-stage tech companies build marketing engines that actually drive revenue. We partner with clients across digital safety, wellness, SaaS, and other tech categories to create content that educates, engages, and converts.
We’re looking for a part-time Content Creator to support one of our consumer-focused accounts in the digital safety space, with the potential to contribute to other client projects over time.
What You’ll Do
As Content Creator, you’ll play a key role in developing educational and consumer-facing assets that fuel marketing, partnerships, and brand awareness.
Responsibilities include:
Educational Content Creation
Write, edit, and design guides, checklists, and toolkits (PDFs, one-pagers, blog posts).
Translate research and technical topics into parent- or consumer-friendly resources.
Social Media & Video
Create short-form consumer-facing videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) that simplify complex topics in engaging, approachable ways.
Develop graphics, polls, carousels, and quizzes for social and partner channels.
Partnership Support
Adapt content for schools, nonprofits, influencers, or brand partners (co-branded versions, toolkits, trial cards).
Create slide decks, scripts, or simple visuals for webinars, events, and live sessions.
Collaboration
Work closely with Grounded Growth Studio’s Founder and client stakeholders to brainstorm content ideas aligned with upcoming campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with each client’s brand voice and values.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or education (bonus if in cybersecurity, digital parenting, child safety or elder care).
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to explain complex risks in simple, relatable ways.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, or similar tools for light design and video editing.
Comfort creating and appearing in short-form video content (camera-friendly, authentic presence).
Knowledge of or passion for digital safety, online scams, parental controls, or consumer cybersecurity (a plus, not required).
Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats.
What You’ll Gain
Contribute to building a new consumer brand in a growing industry.
Flexible, remote work schedule (~10–15 hours/week).
A chance to build a portfolio of educational content, social video, and brand partnerships across multiple client accounts.
